We chose this property as a family traveling for a college graduation in The Bronx and needed two queen beds. The apartment was spacious with comfortable beds, a good shower, and adequate amenities. Although there were some communication issues and lack of staff on site, the cleanliness and comfort of the room met our needs for a short stay near the graduation venue.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows provided a good night's sleep. The building is conveniently located right off the highway, with parking options available. Rates for parking are offered on a daily and hourly basis.

The location could be challenging as it is not in the safest of areas, but we were happy to walk for about 8-10 minutes to reach the subway. Once we arrived, we found the rooms to be nicely decorated and clean, with comfortable beds. Although there was no breakfast provided, the kitchenette was well equipped, offering flexibility for meals. The building also had restricted access, ensuring guests' safety and security.
Customer service seemed to be lacking, with guests experiencing difficulty reaching someone to help them with issues such as door codes not working.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us as we didn't mind walking 8-10 minutes to get to the subway, even though the area wasn't the safest. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They took care of our request for dry cleaning and laundry in a timely manner. The room amenities were excellent, with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice sitting area. We also loved the outdoor patio with a great view. The flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi were a plus.
Highly recommend this place to everyone for a comfortable stay with great facilities.
